How are CUNY students, staff, and faculty organizing to defend ourselves from attacks on immigrant communities?
This info and organizing session is open to all CUNY faculty, students, and staff. We will discuss:
- What are our rights and how to assert them
- How to talk about ICE and immigration law in the classroom
- Organizing responses by campus
- Palestine solidarity and immigration enforcement
- A people’s history of immigration and who benefits from incarceration/deportation
